Our group classes are a fun blend of HIIT, functional training, and traditional strength training. The variety of training protocol used in our class program makes it great for several different fitness goals such as weight management, fat loss, muscle gain, strength gain, mobility, and injury prevention.
Our relatively small class sizes allow our Coaches to give you adequate attention, correction, and guidance.
And lastly, our qualified Coaches are here to make sure you feel encourage and challenged while they guide you through each class from the first welcome to the last cool down exercise.
