A showoff is someone who likes to let everyone know all the great things they’ve done. Often seen as boasters, braggarts, and all around boasters, showoffs are absolutely not shy when letting the world know about the work they put in. And after the hard work is said and done, showoffs love to display their accomplishments with pride. Whether you want to scream “Field Fitness!!” while showing off your gains at the next family reunion or just want to flex quietly in front of the mirror and be proud of the work you’ve done, this is the workout for you!
The Showoff incorporates movements that flex, extend, bend, and rotate the core and several movements that prevent those same movements in order to build a leaner, stronger, and more stable mid-section. So sign up for this class if you’re looking to improve your core so you too can be a show off!
The Acrobat
Being an acrobatic note only requires strength and power, but also incredible balance, agility, and coordination. Acrobats are often seen performing incredible aerial stunts, feats on the trapeze, and even gymnastic routines. And while leg and arm strength an important factor, even more essential is the overall core and postural strength so allow
the extremities to work together in these visually impossible movements!
Our Acrobat class looks to improve the same muscles without all the death defying acts! Instead, we use a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and TRXs under one of our coach’s guidance so you too can
safely become a little but more acrobatic! If you’re looking to improve your
overall core and posture, this is the class for you!
