We at The Field Fitness believe in fitness through teamwork. We understand that while we may succeed as individuals, together we can achieve so much more!
We achieve our belief by creating a welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels to work together and learn in. Our highly qualified coaches will guide, encourage, and educate a group of you and your peers through fun and engaging group classes. Our 60 minute class program is designed to improve your mobility, strength, cardio, and body composition! And lastly, our limited and relatively small class capacity as well as the camaraderie we encourage in our facilities will instantly make you feel like a part of the Field Fitness Team.
We offer small group classes as well as personal training and strive to provide affordable health and wellness so that we can help as many people as possible achieve fitness through team work.
